Great homemade Salsa: 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 litle can of diced green chilis 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped 1 clove of garlic minced or garlic powder 3-4 whole green onion (stem included) chopped up Couple shakes of red pepper flakes 1 tsp of salt (I usually add a little more...I like salty) Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes. Delicious!

Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Best Steak marinade in existence. 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder 3 Tbsp dried basil 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes 1 tsp ground white pepper 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp minced garlic Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

Rachel's Southern Tomato Pie: Slice 2 cups tomatoes & drain in colander; add salt, pepper & set aside. Mix in separate bowl 1/2 cup mayo, 1 cup mozzarella & 1 cup cheddar shredded cheeses, 1/2 cup chopped green onion, and 1 egg. Use crescent rolls or deep dish pie shell & brush olive oil on pastry.Sprinkle garlic powder and basil. Put layers of tomatoes then cheese mixture-layer twice-and end up with cheese. Bake @ 350---20 minutes for crescent rolls or 30 minutes for pie shell.
Greek Dressing So Good You Could Drink It Straight -- 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine vinegar, 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard, Mix together and shake well. Store at room temperature tightly covered. This was great just like the recipe reads, but I kicked it up a notch by adding some Feta cheese to the recipe and it was amazing!
