Baked cabbage rolls...substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey and quinoa for rice. *10/4/12 - Made this meal for my husband tonight, and he rated it a 9! I myself thought it was pretty good too. The only thing my husband didn't like was the raisins in the meat, other than that he thought it was great.
