      Garlic Parmesan Edamame. Review: Easy to make, and my edamame turned out looking just like the picture. I made it as a side to go with a fish entree, but I think it actually would work better as a snack, since it's more of a finger food and rather time-consuming to eat. I plan to try modifying this recipe with shelled edamame so that it can be eaten with a fork. 4 out of 5 stars. J.M.
