    Monday Workout: Target your butt, legs, and abs --This could TOTALLY be my TV workout. :) One for each day of the week.

    Do this 2-3 times in a row and you'll definitely feel tighter abs and a flatter stomach by the time your done. Plus, you can do this without having to go the gym :)

    This one was pretty painless. Finished in under 5 min. Not sure if I burned 100 cal doing it but, it was a good "guilt" reliever. ---- quick calorie burner! yes please.
