For around $5 a month you choose an option such as cooking for a family or a couple, or you can choose specialty options like gluten free or low fat and select the store you shop at and this website gives you 7 meal plans per week and the accompanying grocery lists to go with it while trying to match your local grocery store's sales. I am going to have to try this.. what a time-saver and money-saver it could be! I haaate meal planning, grocery list writing, and cooking lol
