Cheesy Beef Bake - Recipe Details I added chili powder, paprika, onion, can of fire roasted tomatoes and garlic salt. I used one cup of fat free cheddar and about 3/4 cup of 2% sharp cheddar. I also used fresh spinach since that was all I had. It was very good for a large portion around 300 calories. QUESO CHICKEN Tweaks: Only put in 1/4 cup of the cream and no mayo. I mixed the cheese, cream and can of Rotel and put in on top of my chicken and baked it. I didn't make the cheese sauce on the stove top. Threw this together in 5 minutes and an hour later it was done, and delish
