Taco Pasta Bake: 1/2 - 3/4 of a bag of rigatoni, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1/2 pkg. cream cheese, and 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Cook pasta and rinse. Cook hamburger then add taco seasoning according to directions on packet. Next, add cream cheese to the hamburger until melted. Put pasta, cheese and hamburger in baking dish. Mix together and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes)
