A "one seating" restaurant in Kødbyen Copenhagen, using all of the animal - as the name says, and only local grown vegs. Inspired from the River Cottage and the danish chef Søren Gericke. If you stay until closing, you get a "take away" breakfast!
After an early summer evening's exploratory walk around Kødbyen, Copenhagen's trendy Meat Packing District, and before dinner reservations at Nose2Tail, we had a glass of Chardonnay at Pate Pate's outdoor sitting area. A perfect place to watch trendy people during good weather. The restaurant area inside looks quite nice. The bar service was very friendly. (June 16, 2012)
