Prince Frog ~ Garlic oregano cheese bread from local bakery (or substitutes)* with tiny cheese circles green tomato , cucumber and olive eyes , cherry tomato ketchup mouth and cucumber feet . For the cheesy tongue- keep a cheese slice diagonally & cut out a long ribbon using a toothpick, make a cut on the bread and insert it gently
Baked Feta, where have you been my whole life?! Ingredients: 6 oz crumbled feta 3/4 cup pizza sauce 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or more if you want it spicier) 16 oz french bread loaf, sliced Preheat oven to 350. Combine feta, pizza sauce and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a small gratin dish or shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with sliced french bread.
Apple Frogs--A CUTE SNACK IDEA! I'd forgotten about this, but we made these at an educational "Cousin Camp" for my nieces. This would be a fun classroom project after visiting an orchard or vineyard.We used cream cheese for the eyes, also embellished with blue borage flowers from the garden.
