Basil Gimlet Fizz (For this glass pictured, I used double the ingredients) Cut Watermelon into 1 inch cubes, and freeze in a single layer for at least 1 hour. Muddle 8 torn basil leaves with 1 teaspoon sugar in bottom of a glass; stir in 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and 1 ounce vodka. Add watermelon cubes. Top with 3 ounces seltzer; garnish with basil.

Maple Concord Cocktail: 3/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup warm water 2 cups Concord grape juice 2 cups gin 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Fresh Concord grapes, for garnish 1/4 cup demerara sugar, for garnish 1 large serving bottle Toothpicks or small skewers Cocktail glasses Gather your ingredients. Pineapple Lemonade Ingredients: 1 bottle of Sprite or Ginger ale 1 (12 oz) can of frozen Lemonade 3/4 cup of simple syrup (sugar and water combo) 1 (approx. 20 oz) can of pinapple chunks in juice 1 apple unpeeled, cored, quarted 1 orange, halved and sliced thin 1 lemon, halved and sliced thin 6 strawberries sliced I changed this recipe big time for me.
lemon thyme soda ~ gq ~ recipe ~ 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, 1 oz. fresh thyme, juice of 6 lemons, soda water ~ bring sugar and water to a boil then add thyme and steep until cool ~ strain ~ in an ice filled glass, combine 1 1/2 oz of thyme syrup with 1/2 oz of lemon juice. Add soda water to taste ~ sounds delicious! ~ may add gin if a cocktail is desired
