Chicken Ranch Tacos...These come out amazing in the crockpot! Use 2 lbs. of raw (not frozen) chicken breast, 1 packet of dry ranch dressing, 1 packet chicken taco seasoning & 1 can of chicken broth. Put that all in the crockpot and cooked on low for 3 hours then shredded the chicken and let it cook on low another 30 min. Heat the taco shells and assemble your tacos and oh my tasty eats!!!
One Pan Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Skillet. Next time: do not add anymore water or juices when cutting the chicken. And sautee mushrooms and bell peppers separate then add in with cheese. Also possibly add some green onions for garnish!
Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili (that's a mouthful!) 2 chicken breasts, still frozen 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn kernels, do not drain 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 T cumin 1 t chili powder 1 t onion powder 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese.
