Gorgonzola-Grilled Pear Crostini..cannot describe how incredibly delicious these are. These are top shelf appetizers and will WOW your guests. I made them the second time and did not grill them but just lightly pan sautéed them...still beautiful and tastes just as heavenly.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sweet Balsamic Syrup
Toss Brussels sprouts with a little olive oil and salt, and bake in a hot oven until they are brown. While those are cooking, mix Balsamic vinegar and sugar and cook in a small skillet until the sugar melts and the vinegar thickens up. Drizzle the syrup over the baked Brussels sprouts and serve.
