IHOP pancakes 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. Baking soda pinch of salt 1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. sugar Stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt. Mix the egg with the buttermilk and add to the flour mixture, stirring only until smooth. Add the melted butter and sugar. Fry on a greased griddle. Serves 4.
FAIL! RAW BACON OR BURNT DOUGH. YUMMY!! Easy Bacon and Egg Bites, perfect for a sleepy Saturday breakfast. Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough, separate into squares, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each pizza with bacon, crack a fresh egg on top , sprinkle with basil leaves and cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Individual Egg Casseroles, my version: Into 6 cup muffin pan, press 3 Tater Tots into bottom, in seperate bowl, whisk 4 egg & 2 Tbsp milk, pour over Tater Tots, sprinkle Bacon Bits on top, bake 350 for 30 minutes.
