Tested. Honey Banana Recipe w/ Cinnamon , 1/8 slices, spray nonstick on pan, add bananas, flip when brown. Sm bowl mix 1T honey, 1/2T water, add to pan remove from heat, sprinkle cinnamon.  Good over pancakes
