Hot Bean Dip (aka Texas Trash)    1 pkg cream cheese, softened  2 cans refried beans  1 C sour cream  1 pkg taco seasoning  2 C shredded cheddar cheese  2 C shredded mexican blend cheese with jalapenos  Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning. Hot Bean Dip (aka Texas Trash) 1 pkg cream cheese, softened 2 cans refried beans 1 C sour cream 1 pkg taco seasoning 2 C shredded cheddar cheese 2 C shredded mexican blend cheese with jalapenos Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.  Reduce to low and allow to simmer for best flavor.

Baked Pepper Jack Cheese Dip.  Shred 1 pound pepper jack cheese & 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese. Make roux with 2 T. butter, 3 T. flour and 3 cups milk. Stir in cheese. Bake 375degrees for 15 minutes.
