I agree we are all wired different, some others have gifts that make them stronger in certain areas, I can respect someone who isn't exactly like me....not only can I teach them, but I can learn from them at the same time....I don't feel required to tell people everything, but if I can guide someone to figuring things out for themselves then I can give them power........

I wish my teachers gave out surveys like this. It would have made my school years much easier.
