Easy Pumpkin Spice Cookies - The Chirping Moms

Last week I called Julie to tell her it felt like Christmas in my house. That's because I was baking cookies from scratch. I only do that once a year: at Christmas. But, lately all the girls want to do is cook. Maggie sits at the crock pot each afternoon & carefully adds all of the ingredients. I let them make instant pudding on their own & their excitement was awesome. I decided we need to bake more. We've had the mixer out for days. This is our best creation so far:
