Skip Peeling Hard Boiled eggs, We absolutely love this tip from the blog No Biggie. Instead of spending several minutes per egg trying to peel off the shell, simply cut through the shell with a sharp knife and then scoop out the egg with a spoon. It’s perfect if you’re making deviled eggs or another hard-boiled egg recipe since you likely have to cut the egg in half anyway.

My other method of peeling eggs is to bring them to a boil, turn off the burner and let sit them for 15-20 minutes. Cover with cold water, drain, put the lid on, then shake the eggs in the pan until they are ALL cracked up. Slide a spoon under the shell and slip out the egg. Works well, but this method may be easier. I'll comment on it, if this works better. : )
