Party Prop~ Start with a hula-hoop and several rolls of crepe paper. Once you have them all attached to the hula-hoop, raise it into place and then twirl and attach all the end of streamers to the walls. You could also add some lights!
DIY chandelier. I would string strands through the middle and hanging down as well to make it a bit fuller... OR find a (or a couple of) progressively smaller sized hula hoops and create more tiers below.
Balloon Game from Martha Stewart! Ideas are endless: use different color balloons to make different shapes, letters or numbers (like a red apple, or a number for a birthday party) or just make a random rainbow wall of balloons. Fill balloons with confetti, stickers, or candy so kids can pop them to get the surprise inside. You can also hang the balloons on a string for more of a pinata style game!
