Spice to taste with chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add 1lb cooked pasta. Make cheese sauce by making béchamel sauce and adding a cup of grated cheddar cheese at the end. Combine sauce into skillet.

Spiced Red Lentil, Tomato, and Kale Soup. This was easy to make and delicious! I added 5 cups of kale instead of 2 and skipped the smoked paprika. I couldn't find red lentils, so I used brown and cooked it longer. Yummy!
