    Confetti Mac + Cheese, healthier classic. No real recipe- but a great idea for a quick dinner. I made this for myself for lunch and I really enjoyed it. Mac' 'n cheese without any guilt and because of the veggies, it's much more filling. I don't know how kids would react to this though. It's worth a try! Enjoy! :)
