Bolitas de espinacas Ingredientes: 280 g de espinacas, lavadas y bien escurridas. Panko o pan machacado. 2 cebollas pequeñas, finamente picadas (podéis usar la picadora). 6 huevos batidos. 1/2 taza de mantequilla derretida. 1/2 taza de queso parmesano. 2 cdta. sal de ajo. Mojaros las manos y formar bolas. Hornear a 180ºC durante 20 minutos. Se pueden congelar bien antes de hornearlas o una vez horneadas.

Rolls for Easter Dinner. I should be pinning this under recipes to try but how could I get myself to eat this adorable roll? I know I love chicken, and I love rolls even more, but somehow when the two look like this there is no way I could get myself to butter it up and take a bite :)
