Twice Baked Potato Casserole with Bacon | "This has become a favorite in my family. Especially popular side served at steak cook-outs. An easy make ahead dish. Try roasting some garlic while baking the potatoes. Squeeze out 1 or two cloves into the potato mixture. We also like thinly sliced fresh scallions in place of chives." -magdalena
Easy 20-Minute Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli: 4 cups fresh broccoli (see notes below if you're using frozen broccoli) 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes 1 tbsp. vegetable oil For the sauce: 2 garlic cloves, minced ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce ¼ cup water 2 tbsp. rice vinegar ¼ cup dark brown sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch
CROCK POT Asian Pork Chops! I just made these today. It came out amazing. Recipe would definitely work with chicken/beef. Mix 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Lite), 1/2 ketchup. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Put meat in the crock pot (I used 2.5 pounds boneless pork chops because that's what was already thawed). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, cook on low for about 5 hours, and the meat is tender and moist. I have outdone myself. Delicious. -KH
Eh, Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Wings... Flavor was just okay. Crock pot made the wings fall off the bone, which was great for the baby, but not nearly as fun to eat as the Texas Pete wings I baked as well. Won't make these again.
You'll forget your favorite takeout's phone number after trying this slow cooker chicken teriyaki from Cooking Classy. And this Asian dish has just the right amount of salty and sweet, which results in lots of empty plates. Source: Cooking Classy
