Fall Season......This stuff is soo good! Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili (that's a mouthful!) 2 chicken breasts, still frozen 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn kernels, do not drain 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 T cumin 1 t chili powder 1 t onion powder 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
Cowboy Corn Dip: This is FANTASTIC! Makes a ton though. Made some switches: Instead of the canned corn, I used 2--16 oz bags of frozen corn & added 2 TB of chopped red peppers, instead of sour cream, used non-fat Greek yogurt, and used light mayo.
My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!!
