cranberry sauce- 2 bags fresh cranberries into saucepan, add 2 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups of maple syrup, 6 T of orange juice, 1 T finely grated orange zest. Heat on high until a rolling boil and cranberries start to pop, then turn down to medium heat and cook another 10 minutes or until it's thick.
