The Best Hamburger Seasoning: 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper. This is really the best I have tasted. Not too spicy and it didn't over power the burger. How to Make Hamburger Seasoning Stir together ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (use ¼ teaspoon if you don’t want as much kick) 2 teaspoons paprika black pepper and sea salt to taste-about 4-5 twists of each.

Done in 2 minutes. The homemade taste cannot be compared to store bought! Add 2 TBLS molasses to 1cup sugar. Mix well, store in airtight container. (I like mine really dark so I add 3-4 TBLS of molasses. If you add too much, just add more sugar to lighten it up. This stuff is incredibly flavorful & adds nice depth to recipes that call for brown sugar.)
