IP Zucchini Tots 1 c. Zucchini, Grated 1 Egg ¼ c. shaved cauliflower 1 IP packet of Garlic Herb Chips (crushed) Sliced green onion Salt/Pepper/Spices Add crumbled/chopped lean meats as 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a mini-muffin tin with nonstick spray, set aside. 2. Grate the zucchini. Place it in a dish towel squeeze out the excess water 3. Combine ingredients 4. Fill the muffin cups to the top. 5. Spray tops of tots with nonstick spray 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes
Zucchini Chips 4 Ways - The Copper Collective-tried salt and vinegar, and parm. Did not use bread crumbs. Must have sliced too thin because 30 mins was way too long. Keep an eye on them. Great for a chip craving!
