This is a recipe I got from Weight Watcher long ago. WW version, you use ground turkey, and FF cheese. It's delish. I still make it all the time.
I make mine with homemade cream of celery soup. Sooooo good! :)
Love this dish!! Except I like to mix the soup so the tater tots are covered And then mix in green beans. Then add the cheese to the top!! So yummy!

We serve ours with a side of rice (1/4 plate), tater tot casserole (1/4 plate) and mixed veggies (1/2 plate). It's all about portions!
We add a bag of frozen mixed veggies, use cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken, and omit the cheese. A family favorite!

We'd make it with cream of asparagus soup. Dad tried browning the beef first a few times so he could drain it and reduce the fat. It didn't stick together very well, but it tasted better.
This is one of my favorite recipes!!! Add green onion it gives it a great flavor!
