Cheese sauce - if you love "cheese" sauce, but love actual cheese, then you have to try this recipe. The trick is using evaporated milk; you get the same consistency, but without all of the weird chemicals in "pasteurized cheese product."
Coconut Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce. It's not as good as with shrimp, but it's a cheap, fast, decent recipe. I served these with Frank's Sweet & Hot Chili Sauce (which was good). I think with some doctoring, this recipe could be a lot better. For example, this didn't call for any seasonins on the chicken. Next time, before coating, I'll season the chicken with salt pepper and maybe a little garlic powder, and I might marinate the raw strips in pineapple juice overnight.
Chicken & Mushroom - Onion Casserole – Is always a hit at our church parties and potlucks. I’ve made it several times & everyone loves it! The chicken is incredibly tender – you will savor every morsel! I’ve seen sorta-somewhat similar recipes online referred to as Chicken Gloria, but I love that this one uses such simple, basic & non canned ingredients!
