Pimm's Cup - fill a glass with ice, then stir in 1 1/2 oz Pimm's No. 1 liqueur, 1 oz gin, and 1/2 oz lemon juice. Top with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, and garnish with your choice of strawberries, mint, lemon, and sliced cucumber.
Bay Breeze - fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add 2 ounces coconut-flavored rum, 2 ounces cranberry juice, and 3 ounces pineapple juice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled tumbler. Garnish with lime.
Stormy Morning. Creme de Violette, St Germain, Champagne and lime juice. Lavender Lemonade. Herb Citrus Cordial (makes 4-5 pints) Ingredients: 6 cup sugar Zest of 6 citrus, in large pieces of peel 4 cups fresh citrus juice 2 cup water 2 cups lavender. In a large pot bring sugar, zest, juice, and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add the herbs and let the syrup infuse for at least 15 minutes. Strain syrup through a fine sieve.
