wall paper mod podge on a dresser

I got the idea and directions for the decoupage table from Radio Girl Design blog. You'll need a table and chairs set (or other furniture piece you'd like to personalize), sandpaper, paper cutouts to be decoupaged, gesso, acrylic paints, glue (Mod Podge or other decoupage glue), polyurethane, and brushes. I sanded all the surfaces of the table that I would be working on (table surface and sides).

Fun map chair. It would be so awesome to just have everything covered in maps. Travel without leaving the house.

Modpodge, various old books & cut outs, stain or acrylic glaze... Junk find made fresh.

DIY Decoupaged Coffee Table - Kate Albrecht from Mr. Kate (she's featured on The Nate Berkus Show often) does the coolest makeover ever. She starts with an old coffee table and an art book and it ends up being spectacular. I'm going to start watching for art books at sales now.

Decoupage ... an awesome project I want to try out with old magazine pages or a flea market side table.
