5 x 50 workout. I got a little bored doing the same thing 250 times. So the first time through I did it the way it says. Then the second I did pulsing plies, butt kicks, oblique twists, and held plank for 50 seconds and did reverse crunches. Then alternated which "track" I did to complete the 5 times through.

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that

This is a good work out. I did it 3x with different and various exercises, for instance: for crunches i did a pilates move (10x) along with other ab workouts (I don't know their names), 10 lunges on each leg when it came to squats (along with squats), 30 high knees, 10 burpees, and so on.

Quick work out- this quick circuit of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks and the most painful wall sit (for me at least) will def have your heart pumping and sweating. Took me about 15-20 min. Tip: use Pandora for music energy.

Good at home workout For days when I can't go to: Spin, Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, or Barre....+ treadmill or elliptical...or just when I need a little extra lift.
