Tlayudas - comida típica de Oaxaca - Preparación tipo Quesadilla En una tortilla de 30 cm de diámetro se unta asiento (manteca de cerdo sin refinar). Sobre el asiento untan una capa de frijoles refritos. Después le ponen cool o lechuga, queso oaxaca deshebrado y la carne de nuestra preferencia (tasajo, bisteck, chorizo, etc). Doblan con cuidado la tortilla y la asan a las brasas. Esto hace que la tortilla quede dorada.
