Oven Kaula Pork | "This delicious slow-roasted pork is rubbed with sea salt and liquid smoke to recall the glorious flavors of pig cooked in a traditional Hawaiian imu. Once cooked and cooled, it can be shredded and served with poi, yams or even on a bun."

Slow cooker Kalua pig-- Another pinner said: I had this on a trip to Hawaii last year we fell in love with. Even my son who is a pain in the but eater loved this and couldn't get enough of it. So I've been dying to try it. I found this slow cooker recipe that I'm dying to try. I just need to find the Hawaii sea salts to make it as authentic as I can, for it being made in a Crock pot in Ohio.
Pork chop baked in oven for 30-35 minutes on 350... Gravy is 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 packets of hidden valley ranch dressing powder (not dip mix), 1 cup milk, pepper to taste. It is really good with lots of flavor.... I added about 1/4 cup more milk to thin it out just a bit more! Enjoy!
