|1 lb||Shrimp- i use the little ones but any size works as long as you chop it, raw|
|1 big handful||Cilantro, fresh|
|1||Jalapeno or serrano pepper|
|1 tsp||Oregano, dried|
|1||Purple onion, medium red|
|3 shakes||Squirts of valentina sauce or tapatio hot sauce|
Baking & Spices
|1 tsp||Salt and pepper|
|1/2 c clamato|
Shrimp ceviche. I love the addition of the two different citrus juices in this ceviche. I will probably use some small pieces of the orange in the ceviche.
Ceviche-Style Shrimp Cocktail...Actually cooked shrimp isn't necessary. The acid in the ingredients will cook the shrimp if it is allowed to marinate for several hours! It would depend on your preference and I would be very careful not to let thiis mixture marinate too long or the cooked shrimp will become mushy because it will become over cooked!!!
