#ScoobySnack (aka best shot ever) Ingredients: 1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur, 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum, 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice, 1/2 oz. Whipped Cream. Instructions: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, including whipped cream. Shake and strain into a shot glass. Drink & be merry.
The Paloma - A refreshing Mexican cocktail with tequila, lime, and grapefruit! Ingredients ¼ cup tequila ¼ cup club soda ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tsp sugar Small plate with sugar Grapefruit wedge
Pre-mixed cocktails - easy way to pull off tiki drinks for a luau: Screwdriver (6 oz Orange Juice, 2 oz Vodka). Tiki Fruity Punch (3 oz Fruit punch,3 oz orange juice, 2 oz rum). Blue Lagoon (1.5 oz Blue Curaco, Lemonade, cherry). Half and Half (1/2 iced tea, 1/2 lemonade)
Gilligan's Island - 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Peach Schnapps, 3 oz. Orange Juice, 3 oz. Cranberry Juice, Cherry and/or Slice of fruit to garnish - Combine all of the liquids into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well, and pour into your favorite cocktail glass.
Green eyes: made with Midori melon liquer. MIDORI (1oz), Malibu Rum (1oz), Cream of coconut (1/2oz), fresh Lime Juice (1/2oz) and Pineapple Juice (1 1/2oz). Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Painkiller drink! 4 ounces pineapple juice 1 ounce orange juice 1 ounce cream of coconut 2 ounces Pusser’s British Navy dark rum (or other dark rum), more or less to taste (the resort uses more!) Shake or stir all together. Pour over ice. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.
