Many years ago, I attended a fundraiser and they served this chili in little cups for a $1. I went bonkers over it! I bought three cups in a row, trying to figure out how they made it. I begged and begged for the recipe. Finally, to get rid of me, they gave it to me! You won't believe how easy it is to make and how good it tastes! You won't ever need another recipe for chili! Enjoy!

Black Bean and Beef Chili w/ lime and cilantro - Very tasty! The chili eaters of the family gave it a thumbs up. It has a nice Tex-Mex flare to it, that is a change of pace from the same ol' chili we usually eat all fall/winter.

Cheater Chili-- I love a good chili and this one seems good if you're in a rush... or just feeling lazy. :)

First Chili of the Season-made this tonight and it was delicious! I used rump steak and diced it instead of mince, used black beans, omitted the chili powder (wimp) and subbed ground coriander for the oregano. Also went with the molasses option. Smelled and tasted amazing.

Add cinnamon and other spices and serve this ground beef and bean mixture over spaghetti and you've got Cincinnati chili. Either way, it's fast and hearty.
