SO GOOD! Baklava, needs a few unusual items not typically found in the household, like phyllo dough and cardamom.

Ekmek Kataifi. An amazing Greek desert. Sweet, gooey shredded philo pastry on the bottom, creamy smooth semolina custard in the middle, light fluffy whipped cream and nuts on top. The recipe seems pretty intense, but luckily, I live in Astoria, one of the biggest Greek neighborhoods in the country, so I don't have to make it myself :-)
