Homemade Healthier Big Macs Recipe ~ Greg would LOVE Big Macs for dinner! This recipe is from Dr. Oz's website, and it's for a lower-fat, lower-calorie, slightly healthier, homemade Big Mac. Because I made these for Greg on his birthday, I did not do that, I only followed the technique. :) I used full fat everything, 80/20 ground beef, and regular white, sesame-seed buns. These were delicious, but very messy. Multiple napkin messy. But they were so good, Greg asked for them the next night. It was his birthday weekend, how could I say no? -Jess

Homemade Healthier Big Macs Recipe ~ This is a lighter version adapted from the Dr. Oz show that doesn’t sacrifice on taste even though it’s much lower in fat than the fast food version. I TOTALLY have to make this for my hubby!
