Morning fitness routine to say goodbye to the week and welcome the weekend! You don't need a gym to do any of these, so no excuses! Even a short workout on the days you are tired or busy will accelerate your metabolism and help you burn more calories. This routine targets arms, legs, and core. By increasing blood-flow, workouts are a great way to un-bloat. It might just be inflammation and water-retention, both of which are aided by exercise.

at home, no equipment, crossfit workout... for the days I can't make it to the gym.

I based this off a few workouts, combining the workouts/reps that I found simple and easy to remember. Trust me, this workout will get the job done! Im going to start doing this Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, since those are the days that I find difficult to go to the gym! Id love to know if any of my amazing followers would take this challenge with me?!
