Apple Pie Caramel Apples. I tried these and although I made a huge mess out of my kitchen in the process, they were delicious!! They tasted like the ones from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. But in the recipe she said to use white chocolate...WRONG...I used white almond bark. You could also probably use the vanilla candy melts they sell in the cake decorating section of A.C.Moore, etc.
Autumn apples: Decor apples, use pretzel logs (don't forget to dip pretzels in chocolate and toppings and thoroughly cooled 1st) and dip ends in caramel and cool for a min then push inside apples. Dip apples in caramel, let extra drip off and then roll in toppings! Cool and enjoy! (don't get oversized apples or pretzels might break!)
