Grain Free Apple Cinnamon Granola

Apple cinnamon granola: 2 cups of mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds) 2 cups rolled oats 4Tbsp coconut oil 6-8 Tbsp honey 1 cup of dried apples 1 cup of dates 1Tbsp cinnamon 2tsp vanilla extract 1/4tsp nutmeg 1/4tsp vanilla powder. Mix ingredients in bowl, spread on baking sheet and bake @ 325 for 15 minutes.
