(2011-08) Grain-free granola * ½ cup almond slices * ½ cup sunflower seeds * ½ cup shredded coconut * ¼ cup cashews * 8 pitted dates * ½ teaspoon cinnamon ** Preheat oven to 250°F (~ 120°C). Add the dates to a food processor and puree until smooth. Add the nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon and pulse until coarsely chopped and well mixed. Spread mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 250°F/120˚C for about 45 minutes
