This is such a simple way to organize scarves. You just put shower curtain rings on a hanger and voila, instant scarf organizer! This could be used for ties as well. This is one I need to do today! You could spend $14 and buy one, but you can make it yourself for so much cheaper.

Ruffle Scarves -Scarves bases were cut 7 1/2" by width of fabric. Ruffles were cut 1 1/2" wide x 16" long then gathered in the middle to fit and stitched to the scarf front. Scarves were stitched with 1/2" seam allowances. Finished scarves are approx. 56" long x 6" wide
