So i dare do it again? I want to use the 'Half Marathon Training Schedule' portion of this to model my own training schedule after..... great for us visual people!
Maybe next year's goal :-) This year we are sticking with 5K training... Half-Marathon Training Plan - "this plan looks pretty good but on week 10 I would run 12 miles. That will be your longest run until your half."
