"primal kitchen: getting for real food lunches" on i've said it before; many of my friends are amazed by the paleo lunches that i pack for my son, but i know i can still learn something from the _real_ masters. some of this content pertains to kids older than mine though. however, i'll be there someday.

Eat these for breakfast or an afternoon snack with tea. If you're not completely eliminating dairy, these are pretty great with jam and clotted cream.

these are good.. but the seasoning is TOO much. i would half the seasonings. I thank god taste tested the dough and i was like Whoa.. so i add another CUP of almond flour then 1 egg white.. still a little to much.. but they came out good.
