This is traditional Japanese matcha tea. It is basically high quality green tea leaves ground into powder and hence contains high level of anti-oxidants.

magic tea...I have some of this tea and it's super cool to watch, although I haven't found the perfect cup to put it in yet for optimum observance awe.
