TO PERSONALLY ADDRESS NUMBER FOUR: Walking at 3 mph is clinically proven to burn the most fat calories. If you are trying to lose weight, you DO want to stick to low intensity exercise to reduce fat. Unless you're running marathons every day, you'll never burn through all your ingested carbs PLUS your stored glycogen in order to get to the fat. Low intensity exercise uses aerobic metabolism, which breaks down fat along with glucose.

Eat your fruit! This is one of those lifestyle changes that I made. On any given day I consume 6 to 10 pieces of fruit. There are some that will eat 30 bananas a day. That may not be for me right now. In fact I haven't ever thought that was "healthy". To me a moderation of food intake is the best policy.

Not sure what to snack on? Try some of these simple snacks. Time them accordingly and try to add some protein. You obviously don't want to eat for example: Bread and jam before bed!
