Amy's Nutritarian Kitchen: Mediterranean Garbanzo Salad - Grade: A - Yummy! I added a little bell pepper and green onion and used more olives. I also did less tomato and no lemon juice. Perfect with romaine lettuce and a small squirt of ranch on top of the Italian dressing. I used Kozlowaki Farms zesty Italian no oil added dressing. I can't believe I liked this! Perfect for lunches!

Vegan Ranch Dressing recipe from Amy's Nutritarian Kitchen. In another post she used something almost the same to mix with COLESLAW: "I used a variation of my ranch dressing from the link above. Instead of cashews I used chickpeas, and instead of dill weed I used celery seed. This made my dressing a bit of a darker color than the original, but it is also lower in fat and gets you a small serving of beans."

29 Vegan Ice Cream Recipes and here is number 30: Vegan Cardamom Ice Cream. 3/4 cup coconut milk (from a carton), 1 13.5 oz can lite or full fat coconut milk, 1/2 cup raw sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp ground cardamom. Heat milk and sugar until sugar disolves then cool. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into ice cream machine and mix for 20 to 25 minutes. Yum :)
