    1 cup Baby spinach, fresh
    2 tbsp Basil, fresh
    1 tbsp Mint, fresh
    1/4 cup Red onion


    2 1/2 cups Garlic hummus, roasted
    1/2 cup Greek olives
    3 tbsp Lemon juice

    Baking & Spices

    3/4 cup Red peppers, roasted sweet

    Oils & Vinegars

    2 tbsp Olive oil

    Bread & Baked Goods

    1 Vegetables or baked pita chips, Assorted fresh

      Mediterranean Layered Dip ~ This quick and easy dip begins with purchased hummus. It's then flavored with the Mediterranean flavors of feta cheese, olives and lemon.

      mediterranean dip; 20 Servings 2-1/2 c hummus 3/4 c sweet red peppers 1 c spinach, coarsely chopped 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese 1/2 c olives, sliced 1/4 c chopped red onion vegetables or baked pita chips Spread hummus, put on roasted peppers. combine spinach, lemon juice, oil, basil and mint. slotted spoon, spinach mixture over peppers. Top cheese, olives and onion. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
