      To all you fitness newcomers; don't starve yourself, it slows down metabolism, it makes you feel ill and sick, and it's the worst thing you could possibly do to your body. Eat healthy and exercise. That's the way.

      Eating under 1200 calories, is actually sabatoging your weight loss efforts.. your metabolism will come to a screeching hault, and it will store every calorie (may it be healthy or not).. because it thinks you are starving. Eat... clean and often.. 5 small meals.
