MISSISSIPPI SIN DIP...16oz sour cream; 8oz cream cheese (softened); 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 cup chopped ham; 1 green onion chopped; 1/4 tsp hot sauce; 1 tsp Worcestshire sauce; salt; pepper; French loaf bread. Mix ingredients, hollow out the loaf creating a "boat," pour mixture in loaf, wrap in foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour
Uses Hawaiian rolls to make ham and Swiss sliders. Made these last night (4-6-12) and loved the combination of slightly sweet rolls and savory topping! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a little more than the recipe says after you take the foil off. Just be sure the tops are lightly crispy or it's a bit soggy on top (but even then, was delish!).
Prior Pinner says "Mini Pizza "Cupcakes" Be sure to use the mini muffin pans. I used a regular sized pan and the had to bake longer and got darker than they should. I would definitely make these again, but they're really best served fresh out of the oven...not a good re-heat."
